64层螺旋CT在结肠癌术前分期中的临床价值

目的 探讨在结肠癌术前分期中应用64层螺旋CT(MSCT)的价值。方法 回顾性分析2016年3月～2019年1月间我院接收经过手术病理确诊的40例结肠癌患者的临床资料,观察其CT影像中的肿瘤侵犯范围和淋巴转移及远处转移等情况,同时和手术及术后的病理结果对比,探讨MSCT在结肠癌术前分期中的准确性。结果MSCT对T分期的敏感度为97.50%(39/40),阳性确诊率87.50%(35/40)。N分期的敏感度77.78%(14/18),阳性确诊率为66.67%(12/18)。M分期的确诊率为100.00%。结论 MSCT能更加准确对结肠癌患者开展术前分期评估,淋巴结转移评估属于N分期中的难点,需结合其大小、密度、形态和生物学行为等开展综合判断。

Clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT in preoperative staging of colon cancer

Objective To explore the value of 64-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in preoperative staging of colon cancer.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with colon cancer diagnosed by surgery and pathology from March 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The extent of tumor invasion,lymphatic metastasis,and distant metastasis in CT images were observed.At the same time,the accuracy of MSCT in the preoperative staging of colon cancer was compared with the pathological results of surgery and postoperative operation.Results The sensitivity of MSCT to T stage was 97.50%(39/40),and the positive diagnosis rate was 87.50%(35/40).The sensitivity to N stage was 77.78%(14/18),and the positive diagnosis rate was 66.67%(12/18).The diagnosis rate of M stage was 100.00%.Conclusion MSCT can more accurately perform preoperative staging assessment for patients with colon cancer.Lymph node metastasis assessment is a difficult point in N stage,and comprehensive judgment needs to be made in combination with its size,density,morphology and biological behavior.
