降钙素原、C-反应蛋白及白细胞介素-8在支原体肺炎患儿血清中的变化及与肺通气功能的相关性研究

目的 探讨钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)在支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清中的变化及与肺通气功能的相关性。方法 选取2017年11月-2018年11月期间台州恩泽医疗中心收治的90例支原体肺炎患儿,根据患儿病情将其分为急性期组(43例)和恢复期组(47例),同时选取45例健康小儿体检患者作为对照组。采用免疫浊度法测定血PCT的含量,采取酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清CRP含量,采用免疫比浊法测定血清IL-8含量。比较3组患者血清中PCT、CRP及IL-8的水平;采用肺功能检测仪检测患者的高峰呼气流量(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)及第一秒用力肺活量(FEV1)指标。分析血清PCT、CRP及IL-8水平变化与肺通气功能的相关性。结果 急性期组和恢复期组患儿的PCT、CRP及IL-8水平均显著高于对照组健康人群(P<0.05),且急性期组患儿的PCT、CRP及IL-8水平均显著高于恢复期组(P<0.05)。同时急性期组患儿的肺通气功能指标PEF、FEV1/FVC及FEV1均明显高于恢复期组(P<0.05)。相关性研究显示,血清PCT、CRP及IL-8水平与肺功能通气指标PEF、FEV1/FVC及FEV1均呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论 支原体肺炎患儿血清中的PCT、CRP及IL-8水平会显著升高,且水平与肺通气功能呈负相关性。

Study on the changes of PCT,CRP and IL-8 in serum of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and their correlation with pulmonary ventilation function

Objective To study the changes of PCT,CRP and IL-8 in serum of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and their correlation with pulmonary ventilation function.Methods There were 90 patients with MPP admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017.Patients were divided into acute stage group(n=43)and convalescent stage group(n=47)according to their condition,and 45 healthy children were selected as the control group.The content of serum PCT was determined by immunoturbidimetric assay,serum CRP was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and serum IL-8 was determined by immunoturbidimetric assay.Serum levels of PCT,CRP and IL-8 in the three groups were compared.The indexes of PEF,FVC and FEV1 were measured by lung function detector.The correlation between serum PCT,CRP and IL-8 levels and pulmonary ventilation function was analyzed.Results The levels of PCT,CRP and IL-8 in the acute phase group and the convalescent phase group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of PCT,CRP and IL-8 in the acute phase group were significantly higher than those in the convalescent phase group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the pulmonary ventilation indexes PEF,FEV1/FVC and FEV1 in the acute group were significantly higher than those in the convalescent group(P<0.05).Correlation studies showed that serum PCT,CRP and IL-8 levels were negatively correlated with pulmonary functional ventilation indexes PEF,FEV1/FVC and FEV1(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum PCT,CRP and IL-8 levels were significantly increased in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and the levels were negatively correlated with pulmonary ventilation function.
