乳腺病变C－erbB－2表达的免疫组化研究

目的：用改良ＧＢＩ法检测观察乳腺癌、癌旁，乳腺增生性病变及其远离病变部位的正常乳腺小叶中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的表达情况、表达类型及意义。结果：２８例乳腺癌Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的阳性染色主要在细胞膜上，阳性率为１００％；２３例癌旁增生导管与乳腺增生性病变阳性染色大部分在细胞浆内，阳性率为８６．９６％，仅有少部分在细胞膜上；病变周围的正常乳腺小叶均未见到膜染色反应，三者间存在明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌蛋白的膜型还是胞浆型表达可以作为乳腺癌与乳腺增生性病变鉴别诊断的重要指标之一。

Study of expression of C-erbB-2 in mammary gland lesion with immunohistochemistry

The overexpression, type and significance of C-erbB-2 oncoprotein were investigated immunohistochemically by a modified GBI method in breast carcinoma,proliferative ductal epithelium near the cancer region,mammary gland proliferative lesion and breast lobe around the lesion.The positive staining for C-erbB-2 observed in 28 cases of breast carcinoma was all on cell membrane,and the percentage of C-erbB-2 positive staining,which can not be seen in normal breast lobe,was 100% (28/28).Positive staining of 86.96% (20/23) cases was in the cytoplasm,a few of them on cell membrane,in 23 cases of proliferative ductal epithelium of para-cancer,mammary gland proliferative lesion.The difference among them was significant (P<0.01).Cell membrane type and cytoplasm typo of the C-erbB-2 oncoprotein may be used as a clinical pathologic diagnostic marker of breast carcinoma and of mammary proliferative lesion.
