江苏省人群中甲3型流感抗体的血清学监测

摘    要:目的:了解江苏省人群中甲3型流感抗体水平及其流行病学特征,为流感的预防提供科学依据。方法:利用微量半加敏血凝抑制试验方法,检测江苏省不同地区(南京、徐州、无锡)、不同自然人群〔养禽场农工、养猪场农工、靠近(<500 m)及远离(>1 000 m)养殖场居民〕中甲3型流感抗体水平,结合流行病学资料,应用单因素和多因素分析方法进行统计分析。结果:人群甲3型抗体阳性率为90.23%,抗体保护率为59.21%,平均抗体GMT为1∶40.00。甲3型抗体水平存在地区、年龄差异,徐州地区抗体水平高于其它两地区,25岁以下年龄组抗体水平高于其他年龄组,其中15岁以下年龄组抗体阳性率和抗体GMT最高。结论:江苏省人群中甲3型流感抗体水平较高,甲3亚型流感病毒如果不发生大的变异,近期不会引起流行。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the antibody levels of influenza A3 among population in Jiangsu province,in the meanwhile,describing the distribution characteristics of influenza A3 so as to acquire the basic seroepidemiolgocial bases for influenza A3 prevention and control.Methods: The antibody of influenza A3 was measured by the hemagglutination inhibition test.The samples come from natural population(e.g.farmers who breed fowls or pigs and residents who live near breed aquatics or far from it) that live at different places(such as Xuzhou,Nanjing,Wuxi) of Jiangsu province.Combining with the epidemiological data,the results are analyzed by univariate and multivariate statistical methods.Results: The positive rate of antibody of influenza A3 viruses was 90.23%,the protective rate was 59.21% and GMT was 1:40.00 among population in Jiangsu province.The antibody level of subtype A3 was shown difference of living in different places and different stage of age in population.The antibody level among populations in Xuzhou was higher than that of other places of Jiangsu.The antibody positive rate and GMT was lowest in the age < 15years while the second lowest in the age < 25 years.Conclusion: It was shown that the antibody level of subtype A3 was high among population in Jiangsu province,which subtype A3 would not be pandemic if there is no tremendous antigenic variation of the virus.
