艾条灸配合神灯照射治疗痛经

引起痛经原因很多,根据痛经的病理实质为气血运行不畅,胞脉受阻,经脉不通所致。笔者采用艾条灸至阴穴以温通经脉,暖宫散寒;神灯照射下腹部任脉经以消炎、消肿、活血化瘀、止痛为治疗痛经原则。本法对虚寒性痛经及寒湿凝滞型,阳虚内寒型痛经,疗效比较满意,对气滞血瘀型也有一定疗效。
