| 摘 要： | 比较了生长抑素14肽施他宁和8肽善得定及垂体后叶素与硝酸甘油联用对食管静脉曲张破裂出血（EVB）的止血疗效。结果表明施他宁及善得定治疗EVB的疗效明显优于垂体后叶素加硝酸甘油，施他宁对于EVB的止血疗效又显著优于善得定，施他宁具有止血迅速、副作用轻微、疗效可靠的特点。结果提示施他宁是目前控制EVB比较理想的血管活性药物，可作为治疗EVB的一线药物。

| Abstract: | The different effectiveness of controlling esophageal variceal bleeding (EVB) of somatostatin, octreotide and pituitrin combined with nitroglycerin was investigated and compared. The results showed that somatostatin and octreotide were more effective than pituitrin combined with nitroglycerin significantly. Morever, somatostatin excelled to octreotide in controlling EVB. Somatostatin was rapid, credible and had mild adverse effects in controlling EVB. It was concluded that somatostatin was a perfect vascular active medicine at present and could be used as preferred drug in controlling EVB. |
