SLE的BXSB小鼠模型病情进展状况的研究

目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮样动物模型BXSB小鼠疾病进展状况。方法：分别测定不同月份的BXSB小鼠的24小时尿蛋白含量、血清抗核抗体滴度及其肾脏免疫复合物沉积状况。结果：雄性BXSB小鼠2月龄出现肾脏病理改变，3月龄出现临床指标改变。雌性BXSB小鼠4月龄出现肾脏病理改变，5月龄出现临床指标改变，3月龄后BXSB雄性小鼠的各指标均较雌性高。结论：3月龄雄性BXSB小鼠处于狼疮肾炎阶段。雄性BXSB小鼠较雌性在发病早日严重；在判断病情、作诊断时，应多项指标综合分析。

The study of pathological severity in lupus- prone BXSB mice

Objectives: To observe the status of lupus-prone BXSB mice. Methods: The content of 24 hours urine protein, serum antinuclear antibody and the deposition status of immune complex in nephritis of lupus-prone BXSB mice with age varying from 1 to 6 months were quantitatively detected. Results:The pathological change of kidney appeared in 2-month old male mice and 4-month old female mice. The clinical markers appeared in 3- month old male mice or 5 months old female mice. The content of 24 hours urine protein and the deposition status of immune complex in nephritis increased gradually with age. Conclusion: The lupus nephritis started in 3-month old BXSB male mice. The onset of the lupus nephritis appeared earlier in male mice than in female mice and the disease was more severe in male mice than in female mice.
