脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能的早期康复训练及效果分析

摘    要:目的:探讨脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能的早期康复训练及效果。方法:选择40例脊髓损伤患者,随机分为康复组和对照组,对照组行常规护理,康复组在常规护理的基础上行膀胱功能的康复训练,比较两组尿残余量和尿路感染发生情况。结果:两组治疗前残余尿量比较并无明显差别,经护理及康复训练后,两组残余尿量均明显减少,但康复组下降更为明显,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。康复组尿路感染发生率为5%,对照组为20%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:早期膀胱康复训练有利于恢复脊髓损伤患者的排尿功能,减少尿路感染,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the bladder function in spinal cord injury patients and effect of early rehabilitation.Methods:40 cases of patients with spinal cord injury were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group,control group was given conventional care,based on the routine care,rehabilitation group was given bladder function upstream rehabilitation,residual urine volume and the incidence of urinary tract infections in the two groups were compared.Results:Comparison of the two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference in residual urine volume,by the care and rehabilitation training,both groups were significantly less residual urine,but the decline was more marked in the rehabilitation group,compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(P〈0.05);urinary tract infection rate of rehabilitation group was 5%,control group was 20%,there was a significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Early bladder rehabilitation could help restore bladder function in patients with spinal cord injury,and to reduce urinary tract infections,it's worthy of clinical application.
