不稳定性心绞痛患者血清肝细胞生长因子变化的临床意义

目的探讨不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）患者血清肝细胞生长因子（HGF）水平变化的临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定不稳定性心绞痛组（UAP组，n=46）、稳定性心绞痛组（SAP组，n=36）心绞痛发作24h内及治疗2周后血清HGF水平。结果UAP组入院24h内血清HGF水平为（1375．84±345．03）pg／ml，比SAP组（842．90±120．20）pg／ml高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；UAP组发病2周后血清HGF水平由（1375．84±345．03）pg／ml下降至（900．56±189．36）pg／ml，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；SAP组经治疗后血清HGF水平变化不大（P〉0．05）。结论UAP患者血清HGF动态升高，血清HGF水平有可能成为临床上UAP与SAP鉴别以及对心绞痛危险分层的一个新的血清学指标。

The Clinical Significance of Serum Hepatocyte Growth Factor Concentration in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum hepatocyte growth factor （HGF） level in patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods The serum HGF Concentration was determined in 40 UAP patients,36 patients with stable angina pectoris （SAP） by ELISA. Results The level of serum HGF in patients with UAP and SAP patients was （ 1 375.84 ± 345.03） pg/ml and （842.90 ± 120.20） pg/ml （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum HGF level in UAP patients decreased 2 weeks after treatment to （900.56 ± 189.36 ） pg/ml and （900.56 ± 189.36） pg/ml （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but it was still higher than that of SAP group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion There are dynamic changes of serum HGF level in patients with UAP, and the serum HGF level provides a serological mark for the stratification of angina risk.
