| 摘 要： | 目的 改变酚妥拉明的用法 ,减少副作用。方法 观察组持续小剂量 1～ 2 μg/ (kg·min)静脉滴注酚妥拉明。结果 观察组与对照组比较 ,疗效无显著差异 ,而副作用发生率差异显著。结论 持续静滴小剂量酚妥拉明治疗喘憋性肺炎 ,不仅临床上取得了满意疗效 ,而且明显减少副作用

Therapeutic Observation and Nursing of Continuous Intravenous Drip with Phentolamine in Treating Asthmatic Pneumonia |

| Abstract: | Objective To change the usage of phentolamine, reduce its side reaction. Methods By continuous intravenous drip, the observation group was given small dose phentolamine. Results Between the observation group and the control group, there was no significant difference in the curative effect, but the difference was significant in the side reaction. Conclusions Continuous small dose phentolamine intravenous drip has satisfying effect and also reduce the side reactions. |
