| 摘 要： | 目的观察巴曲霉对子宫切除手术中出血的影响。方法选择行子宫切除病人30例,随机分为两组,治疗组予以巴曲霉1 KU术前15 m in静脉滴注,对照组予以巴曲霉原稀释液作空白对照。记录术中出血量及检测术后24 h血红蛋白值。结果治疗组术中失血量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术后24 h血红蛋白值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术前用巴曲霉可预防出血,能明显减少手术出血量,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of batroxobin on the bleeding arrest during hysterectomy.Methods Thirty patients due for hysterectomy were divided into two groups.Batroxobin(1 KU) was applied to the batroxobin group by intravenous drip 15 minutes before operation,whereas the control group was administered only with the diluent that was used for the dilution of batroxobin in the former group.The amount of operative bleeding was recorded,as well as the value of hemoglobin 24 hours after the operation.Results The amout of bleeding was significantly less in the batroxobin group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Batroxobin is worth wide-spreading,for it can decrease operative bleeding if used before operation. |
