依托咪酯和丙泊酚泵注用于老年患者肠镜检查的应用比较

目的 研究依托咪酯和丙泊酚分别应用于老年患者结肠镜检查术的安全性和有效性.方法 方式120例ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级行结肠镜检查的老年患者分为三组,每组40例.随机分为：对照组（C组）未行麻醉处理;丙泊酚组（P组）和依托咪酯组（E组）.记录患者生命体征、不良反应、镇痛效果、患者及检查者满意度、镜检成功率等.结果 与C组和P组比较,E组呼吸、循环于各时点变化无差异（P＜0.05）,不良反应发生率低（P＜0.05）,P组和E组镇痛效果优于C组（P＜0.01）、镜检成功率及患者和检查者满意度均高于C组（P＜0.05）.结论 依托咪酯用于老年患者结肠镜检查术对患者循环、呼吸干扰小,不良反应少,患者及检查者满意度高,值得在临床推广应用.

A comparison of Etomidate and propofol by pumbing for colonoscopy in aged patients

Objective To compare the safety and feasibility of Etomidate and propofol by pumbing for colonoscopy in elderly. Methods 120 elder candidates with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ undergoing cdonoscopy were divided into three groups： group C （n=40）, group P （n=40） and group E （n=40）. In group C, patients underwent colonoscopy without analgesia; in group P, propofol was given with propofol maintained at 500ml/h; in group E, Etomidate was infused at 500ml/h . Drugs were discontinued when the patient got to sleep. Vital signs, side effects, antalgic effect and endoscopic condition were recorded. Results Compared with group C and P, in group E, respiration and circulation changed less in the homologous time points （P〈0.05）, side effects were less （P〈0.05）.Com- pared with group C, antalgic effect in group P and Ewas better （P〈0.01）, success ratios of colonoscopy and satisfactory degree of patients were higher （P〈0.01）, and satisfactory degree of operators was higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion E with Etomidate for colonoscopy in the elderly can be achieved more effectively, painlessly and safely. So it is worth extending in clinic practice.
