摘    要:目的:研究山茱萸果核果肉化学成分的异同。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:YWG C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱0~60 min,A-B(15∶85)→(50∶50)];流速:1.0mL·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:270 nm。结果:山茱萸果核果肉中共有的成分有5个,果核中特有的成分有18个,果肉中特有的成分有5个。结论:山茱萸果核果肉成分差异较大,二者不宜同用。

Preliminary Study on the Chemical Constituents Difference of the Kennel and Pulp of Fructus Corni

Abstract:Objective Fully disclose the differences of chemical constituents between the kennel and pulp of Fructus Corn. Meth- od The HPLC method was performed on a YWG C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) with gradient elution of MeOH (A) - O. 1% H3PO4/H20 (B) 0 -60min: A - B ( 15: 85) →(50: 50) ], the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 , the column temperature was set at 30℃, and the detective wavelength was 270 nm. Result Five components exist both in the kennel and in the pulp, eighteen components only in the kennel and five only in the pulp. Conclusion There is a big difference on the chemical components between the kennel and pulp of Fructus Corni.
