| 摘 要： | 目的观察膀胱内灌注透明质酸钠治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院自2003至2010年收治的11例女性间质性膀胱炎患者,平均年龄38.2岁,平均病程35个月。所有患者均在全麻下实行膀胱镜检加水扩张,术后第2～3天给予透明质酸钠膀胱灌注。根据患者术前与术后12个月的O′Leary-Sant间质性膀胱炎症状评分（ICSI）和问题评分（ICPI）、每日排尿次数及最大膀胱容量作为疗效评判标准,以判断治疗效果。结果 11例患者均按疗程完成治疗并得到随访。ICSI治疗前为（14.9±3.5）分,术后12个月后降为（9.9±2.6）分（P〈0.01）;ICPI治疗前为（10.5±2.7）分,术后12个月后降为（6.9±1.9）分（P〈0.01）;治疗前患者平均排尿次数为（25.6±5.5）次/d,治疗后排尿次数减少至（13.8±4.7）次/d（P〈0.01）;膀胱最大容量治疗前为（101±26）mL,治疗后为（217±39）mL（P〈0.01）。结论透明质酸钠治疗间质性膀胱炎,短期内可有效缓解患者症状,提高生活质量,是一种有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on intravesical instillation of sodium hyaluronate in treating interstitial cystitis(IC).
