可调式腕关节支架治疗老年人桡骨下端骨折合并骨质疏松症的应用

目的探讨可调式腕关节支架治疗老年人桡骨下端骨折合并骨质疏松症的应用和疗效。方法 2009年5月至2011年1月以可调式腕关节支架治疗合并骨质疏松症的老年人桡骨下端骨折患者共42名44例,个别可配合使用克氏针内固定,固定时间4~8周。结果随访2～6个月（平均4个月）,所有骨折均愈合良好,按Shea评定法评估优39例,良4例,中1例,优良率97.7%。结论可调式腕关节支架是一种有效而简便的装置,与正骨手法相配合,对于合并骨质疏松症的老年患者尤为适合,值得临床推广应用。

Treating Distal Radius Fracture and Osteoporosis Using Adjustable Wrist Fixator

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of treating distal radius fracture and osteoporosis using adjustable wrist fixator.Methods From May 2008 to Jan. 2011, 44 cases of distal radius fracture and osteoporosis were treated with adjustable wrist fixator and without kirschner wire.
