| 摘 要： | 目的观察兰索拉唑联合胶体果胶铋、克拉霉素治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）相关性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法将60例HP阳性的萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组,每组分别30例：对照组患者用兰索拉唑联合克拉霉素、甲硝唑治疗;治疗组患者用兰索拉唑联合胶体果胶铋、克拉霉素治疗,疗程均为1周,比较两组的疗效。结果两组间HP根除率比较,治疗组93.3%,对照组83.3%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗组的总有效率90%,显著高于对照组的66.7%（P〈0.05）。结论兰索拉唑联合胶体果胶铋、克拉霉素治疗HP相关性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of lansoprazole combined with colloidal bismmth pectin and clarithromycin treated on HP related atrophic gastritis.
