| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下经鼻蝶入路脑垂体瘤切除术的护理配合方法。方法对中山大学附属第三医院2007年1月～2010年11月收治的42例行鼻内镜下经鼻蝶入路脑垂体瘤切除术患者的手术护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后42例患者无一死亡,3例出现脑脊液鼻漏并发症,随访3～36个月,原垂体瘤症状均消失,并发症痊愈。结论加强鼻内镜下经鼻蝶入路切除脑垂体瘤患者的手术护理与配合,是患者手术顺利进行、术后早日康复的关键因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the nursing effect of the endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal approach for the treatment of pituitary tumor. Methods 42 cases with pituitary tumor were treated by the endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal surgery from January 2007 to November 2010 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.
