| 摘 要： | 目的输血前对患者血液感染性指标的检测,使患者了解自己在输血前血液感染性指标项目变化的状况,以免发生医疗纠纷。方法收集9852例就诊及住院患者进行血液ALT,HBV,HCV,HIV,梅毒螺旋体抗体检测。结果收集的9852例患者均为女性（孕产妇和妇科患者）,血液感染性指标呈阳性占有一定的比例。＂大三阳＂107例,占1.09%。＂小三阳＂150例,占1.52%。＂小二阳＂35例,占0.36%。＂大二阳＂7例,占0.07%。HCV19例,占0.19%。RPR阳性41例,0.42%。RPR弱阳性19例,占0.19%。输血前患者作感染性指标的检测并作为规定项目进行检测具有非常的必要性。结论临床输血是抢救生命和治疗的主要手段。患者在输血前作血液感染性指标的检测是不可忽视的,应引起重视,保证临床输血的安全,减少医疗纠纷。
