| 摘 要： | 阿司匹林（Aspirin）又名乙酰水杨酸,应用于临床已有近百年的历史,属于非甾体抗炎药类（NSAIDs）。早先主要用于解热、镇痛和抗炎抗风湿,后发现它有抗血小板聚集和释放的作用,可防止血栓形成,目前广泛应用于心脑血管栓塞性疾病的预防和治疗。本文就阿司匹林的药理作用、临床用途及注意事项等的最新进展进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Aspirin, also known as acetyl salicylic acid, used clinically for nearly a hundred years, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs). Previously used antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory anti-rheumatic, it was found anti-platelet aggregation and release function to prevent thrombosis. It is widely used in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular thromboembolic disease prevention and treatment.
