347份药品说明书中孕期妇女用药的调查分析

目的调查孕期妇女的用药情况,提高孕期妇女合理用药水平。方法对347份药品说明书的内容进行统计分析,重点分析孕期妇女用法用量标示和安全性标示,以及标示的明确性。结果外用制剂中标示了孕期妇女用法用量（33.3%）及用药安全性（48.7%）,其比例明显低于注射剂（68.0%,91.6%）及口服制剂（80.4%,77.4%）。结论医师、药师在给孕期妇女用药时应掌握药理及相关知识,科学合理地用药。

Investigation of Pregnant Women Medication from 347 Drug Instructions

Objective To investigate pregnant women's drug use, improve the level of rational drug use in pregnant women. Methods 347 copies of drug instructions were statistically analyzed, focusing on dosage and safety labeling of the drug instructions.
