| 摘 要： | 目的评价曲安奈德(triamcinolone acetonide,TA)在青光眼联合白内障手术前房应用的有效性和安全性。方法 56例(56眼)青光眼合并白内障患者行小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术,随机分为2组:TA组28例(28眼),术中前房内注射TA0.5mg(0.05mL),并术后常规结膜下注射地塞米松2.5mg;对照组28例(28眼),只给予术后结膜下注射地塞米松2.5mg。观察比较2组术后第3天、第5天、第7天前房反应、角膜内皮细胞计数、眼压等指标。结果 TA组术后各时间点前房反应情况明显轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。术后第3天TA组和对照组角膜内皮细胞计数分别(2620±165)mm-2、(2617±171)mm-2,第5天分别为(2610±160)mm-2、(2603±161)mm-2,第7天分别为(2608±163)mm-2、(2602±167)mm-2,2组各时间点角膜内皮细胞计数比较差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。TA组和对照组术后各时间点眼压比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论青光眼联合白内障手术前房应用TA可显著减轻术后前房反应,且不影响角膜内皮与眼压,可改善视力,减少手术并发症。
