氯吡格雷治疗67例脑梗死的临床疗效分析

目的探讨氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月至2010年1月在我院神经内科住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者67例,随机分为观察组33例和对照组34例。两组患者均给予脑梗死的常规治疗（脑细胞活化剂、钙拮抗剂、甘露醇及对症治疗）,在此基础上两组分别给予氯吡格雷50mg/d,肠溶阿司匹林100mg/d,疗程均为2周,所有患者均未行溶栓治疗。于入院时及用药2周后测定两组患者血液流变学、血浆中血小板颗粒膜蛋白140（GMP140）及血小板聚集率。结果治疗后2周观察组全血黏度和血浆黏度、血浆GMP140及血小板聚集率明显低于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论氯吡格雷是一种新型抗血小板聚集药,与阿司匹林相比可以更明显抑制血小板聚集和改善血液流变学,在脑梗死治疗中有着重要的作用。
