| 摘 要： | 目的观察在无囊膜支撑眼行巩膜内无缝线二期人工晶状体固定术的效果。方法回顾性分析8例因各种原因所致的缺乏晶状体囊膜支撑的人工晶状体二期植入术患者资料。采用巩膜内无缝线人工晶状体固定术,三片式人工晶状体通过折叠方式由透明角膜切口注入,晶状体攀由距角膜缘1.5～2.0mm相对的2个巩膜穿刺口穿出,并将晶状体攀置于预先做好的巩膜隧道中。术后定期随访,观察患者术前及术后视力、晶状体稳定性及并发症。结果术后8例患者视力均有明显的提高,视力>0.6者4例,0.2～0.6者4例。所有患者眼压稳定,晶状体均能保持良好的居中性和稳定性,随访期间内未出现晶状体脱位、眼内炎、视网膜脱离等并发症。结论在晶状体囊膜缺损情况下,无囊膜支撑眼的无缝线巩膜内人工晶状体固定术是一项安全有效的手术。
