摘    要:目的:探讨64层螺旋CT后处理filter技术在眶骨骨折中的应用。方法:收集43例眼外伤眶骨骨折患者的64层螺旋CT图像,将骨算法重建图像与利用filter技术所得图像进行比较。结果:对图像分别进行骨算法重建及filter技术处理,两者比较无显著差别。结论:64层螺旋CT后处理filter技术结合窗技术可准确显示眶骨各部的骨折,可以取代骨算法,能够明显提高诊断及治疗速度。
