| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针刺在法医伤残鉴定中癔瘫鉴别诊断的作用。方法对有明确诊断为癔瘫患者一例在心理暗示的辅助基础上,选取特定穴位,用不锈钢毫针进行刺激。结果患者在一次针刺治疗后,双下肢的肌力即时由0级变为ⅴ级,活动功能得到完全恢复。结论针刺在法医伤残鉴定癔瘫鉴别诊断实践中,具有方便简单、经济实用的优点。
