数字化食管钡剂造影在食管型颈椎病诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨数字化食管钡剂造影对食管型颈椎病的诊断价值。方法对食管吞钡造影诊断为食管型颈椎病的120例患者摄颈椎正侧位、双斜位（造影前后）点片,其中34例摄过伸过屈位点片进行回顾性分析。结果食管型颈椎病的X线征象表现为椎体骨质增生及食管后壁受压前移占100%;颈椎关节骨质增生占93.3%;椎间隙变窄或伴纤维环及髓核钙化占35.8%;生理曲度异常占69.2%;椎间孔变小、变形占51.6%;前纵韧带或项韧带钙化占67.5%;颈椎不稳或前后滑脱占19.2%。结论数字化食管钡剂造影对食管型颈椎病的诊断较普通颈椎摄片便捷、直观、准确,尤其在基层医院更有应用价值。

Application Value of Digitial X-ray Esophageal Barium in the Diagnosis of Cervical Syndrome with Compressing Esogpagus Type
