| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及中药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将46例异位妊娠符合保守治疗条件的患者随机分为两组,治疗组24例,采用甲氨蝶呤＋米非司酮＋中药治疗;对照组22例,采用甲氨蝶呤＋米非司酮治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组24例,显效12例,有效10例,无效2例,有效率91.7%;对照组22例,显效7例,有效9例,无效6例,有效率72.7%;两组比较,差异具有极显著性统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及中药保守治疗异位妊娠可提高治疗有效率,临床症状体症消失快,副反应轻。
