| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无针密闭输液系统在化疗科的应用效果。方法将我科2010年4月至2010年7月住院患者使用无针静脉输液为实验组,2010年1月至3月使用头皮针输液为对照组进行比较研究,观察静脉炎发生率、药物外渗率、针刺伤发生率、护士工作时间分配等情况。结果经统计学处理,P〈0.05,差异有显著性意义,实验组明显优于对照组。结论无针输液系统可有效减少反复穿刺、保护患者血管及减轻患者痛苦,方便临床用药和应急抢救,提高药物疗效,同时减轻护士工作量,值得在化疗科推广。
