桡骨短缩术治疗合并桡骨过度生长的儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的临床观察

目的探讨桡骨短缩术在合并桡骨过度生长的儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折中的应用及临床疗效。方法将60例合并有桡骨过度生长的陈旧性孟氏骨折病例随机分为桡骨短缩组（A组）和尺骨延长组（B组）,观察其术后的临床疗效和并发症的发生情况。结果 60例均获随访,随访时间6个月。未发生骨不连、异位骨化、尺桡骨骨性连接等并发症。A组优良率为86.7%,桡头再脱位2例;B组优良率63.3%,桡头再脱位有8例,两者有显著的统计学差异（P〈0.05）。术后神经损伤,A组5例,B组3例,两者间无明显差异（P〉0.05）,且术后三个月均可自行恢复。结论桡骨短缩术治疗合并桡骨过度生长的陈旧性孟氏骨折较行尺骨延长术的疗效为佳,具有一定的临床应用价值。
