微创钻颅引流术在重症高血压性脑出血中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨微创钻孔引流治疗重症高血压性脑出血患者的临床疗效。方法 CT定位下采用微创钻孔引流治疗重症高血压性脑出血患者27例,术后6~8h无活动性出血时,即行高压氧治疗,辅以物理治疗、功能锻炼等。结果本组27例治愈12例,好转9例,死亡6例。治疗前神经功能缺损评分为平均23.7分,治疗后平均9.8分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论脑出血患者早期微创钻颅加高压氧综合治疗,可以明显提高治愈率,减少致残率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the drainage hole of minimally invasive treatment of severe hypertension clinical efficacy in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods With CT positioning, 27 patients with severe hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage were treated with minimally invasive hole drainage, after 6 ~ 8 h no active bleeding for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, supplemented by physical therapy, functional exercise.
