微创钻颅引流术在重症高血压性脑出血中的应用

目的探讨微创钻孔引流治疗重症高血压性脑出血患者的临床疗效。方法 CT定位下采用微创钻孔引流治疗重症高血压性脑出血患者27例,术后6～8h无活动性出血时,即行高压氧治疗,辅以物理治疗、功能锻炼等。结果本组27例治愈12例,好转9例,死亡6例。治疗前神经功能缺损评分为平均23.7分,治疗后平均9.8分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脑出血患者早期微创钻颅加高压氧综合治疗,可以明显提高治愈率,减少致残率。

Minimally Invasive Skull Drilling in Severe Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the drainage hole of minimally invasive treatment of severe hypertension clinical efficacy in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
