| 摘 要： | 目的了解腹膜透析患者透析失败的原因,采取有效方法降低并发症的发生,以减轻和预防病人的痛苦。方法笔者于2009年在香港玛丽医院肾科对一位老年患者并发结核性腹膜炎的护理个案研究,通过回顾病史数据、对话、查体等进行系统评估。结果确定患者有疼痛、营养不良、焦虑等护理问题。结论采取有效的护理措施与方法,可使腹膜透析患者减轻不适与痛苦,克服生理和心理的问题,顺利度过透析过程。
