| 摘 要： | 儿童先天性泪道疾病患病率较高,但目前尚缺乏规范化治疗方法。本文在回顾国内外相关研究的同时,就儿童泪道阻塞的自愈情况、保守治疗的方法要点、手术介入的时机、个性化的手术方案、影像学支持下的术前评估等备受关注的问题进行讨论,并提出儿童泪道疾病规范化治疗的一些见解及建议。

| Abstract: | Congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruct is very common.However,obvious disparities exist in terms of treatment method in China.The authors addressed the following questions to be discuss in this paper: self healing rate of nasolacrimal duct obstruction,key points of conservative treatment,timing of surgical intervention,options of customized therapies and pre-operation evaluation with imaging examinations,etc.The opinions on standardized treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct diseases are also given here. |
