门诊“一站式服务中心”的实践与体会

摘    要:目的探讨我院门诊"一站式服务中心"的实践与体会,以期为患者提供更高效优质的便捷服务。方法阐述"一站式服务中心"的定义,介绍我院自2007年以来实行的"一站式服务"的具体服务项目,并分析需要改进和完善的地方。结果当前的"一站式服务中心"尚不完善,有待增设"医院代表"、"全科咨询医生"和"药物咨询"等方面的服务项目和人员。结论 "一站式服务中心"以少量的工作人员集中提供多种服务,使我院的工作效率得到进一步的提高,医院整体的竞争力得到进一步的增强。
