| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨盆骨折病人的急诊急救护理。方法回顾性地分析我院急诊科2008年6月～2011年5月期间收治的42例骨盆骨折病人的急诊处理措施。结果全组抢救脱险39例,抢救成功率93%。死亡3例,呼吸循环衰竭,院前死亡为主要死亡原因。结论做好骨盆骨折患者的急救护理对保障骨盆骨折患者的生命、提高患者的康复质量有着重大的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the emergency first aid nursing of patients with pelvic fractures.Methods To retrospectively analyze the emergency treatment measures of 42 patients with pelvic fractures in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2008 to May 2011.Results 39 patients were out of danger and rescued,the survival rate was 93%.3 patients died,respiratory and circulatory failure and pre-hospital death were the main causes of death.Conclusions Good emergency care of patients with pelvic fractures on ... |
