| 摘 要： | 目的探讨金黄散外敷配合特定电磁波谱治疗仪（以下称TDP）照射在治疗输液所致重度静脉炎时的疗效。方法选择输液所致重度静脉炎患者52例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用金黄散外敷配合TDP照射治疗,每日2次,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,每日2次,共治疗72h,72h后评定治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效例数为25例,总有效率为96.0%;对照组总有效例数为18例,总有效率为69.2%。两组有效率的差别经卡方检验有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论在输液所致重度静脉炎的治疗中,利用金黄散外敷配合TDP照射疗法疗效明显,操作简便,且中药对身体无毒副作用,患者易于接受,便于临床推广和应用。
