| 摘 要： | 目的了解健康教育预防儿童伤害的干预效果。方法以广州市白云区托幼机构的学龄前儿童为研究对象,对儿童和家长进行预防儿童伤害的健康教育干预,干预期为一年,通过对干预前后进行伤害监测资料进行统计分析,对比干预前后儿童伤害发生率的变化。结果与干预前比较,各类伤害发生率均有下降。经统计学检验,跌伤、道路交通伤、烧烫伤及异物伤差异有统计学意义。结论对学龄前儿童及其家长进行伤害教育干预,能有效预防儿童伤害的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the intervention effect on injury health education. Methods It took preschool children in Baiyun District of Guangzhou as study object, health education in children and their parentes was carried out for one year, and injury surveillance data were analyzed before and after intervention, and the incidence of injury was compared.
