| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术和传统开腹手术两种手术治疗急性胆囊切除术的临床疗效。方法把2008年4月到2010年3月期间来我院接受治疗并确诊为急性胆囊炎的患者116例,随机分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组42例,采用传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗;实验组74例,采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗,对比分析两种手术方法的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组与对照组比较,降低了患者的手术切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、止痛药使用、肠鸣音恢复时间及住院时间,提高了患者满意度;同时腹腔镜胆囊切除术的中转开腹率极低,虽然术后对周围器官损伤增大,但在其它许多不良反应如切口疝、术后出血、感染、胆漏等情况的发生方面明显减少,具有良好的临床疗效。结论在急性胆囊炎发生72h内,腹腔镜胆囊切除术较传统开腹胆囊切除术的治疗效果更好,具有较高的临床推广价值。
