| 摘 要： | 目的探讨顺尔宁治疗儿童哮喘的方法及疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析本院于2010年9月至2011年3月门诊治疗的60例儿童哮喘患者,随机分为两组。对照组30例,给予常规治疗;实验组30例,给予常规治疗同时口服顺尔宁。两组均治疗3个月,随访1~2个月,对两组患者治疗后第1和第3疗程的疗效进行比较。结果随访期间两组内比较,治疗第3疗程后患者总有效率均优于治疗第1疗程后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组间相比,治疗第3疗程后实验组患者总有效率为96.7%明显优于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用顺尔宁早期治疗儿童哮喘,可以显著提高患者疗效,提高患者的生命质量,值得在临床中推广使用。
