| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理对围手术期患者心理状态的影响。方法将61例需手术治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组31例在给予常规护理措施的同时于手术前后进行支持性心理治疗和自我放松训练等心理护理,对照组30例仅给予常规护理措施,观察并比较两组患者手术前后的焦虑（SAS）及抑郁（SDS）评分情况。结果观察组在手术后的SAS评分及SDS评分较手术前显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,而对照组在手术前后的评分则无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。组间比较,两组评分在手术前均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在手术后均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理干预有助于患者平稳度过围手术期,减少术后并发症。
