放射介入治疗产后大出血15例临床分析

目的评价介入治疗在产后大出血治疗中的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用Sledinger＇s技术行子宫动脉或髂内动脉插管,应用数字减影血管造影术明确出血部位,使用明胶海绵颗粒栓塞。结果 15例患者中14例经栓塞后出血立即明显减少,1例栓塞后盆腔内血肿继续增大而行剖腹血肿清除术,成功率93.3%。术后均未出现严重并发症,术后随访均月经恢复正常。结论介入治疗包括髂内动脉和子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血具有止血迅速,创伤小,并发症少,可保留子宫等优点。
