| 摘 要： | 目的分析宫颈支原体、衣原体感染患者盆腔中支原体、衣原体的检测结果,了解宫颈与盆腔支原体、衣原体感染的关系。方法我院2009年6月至2011年7月住院手术患者,术前行宫颈分泌物支原体或衣原体培养阳性患者106例,术中盆腔取材,检测支原体及衣原体,支原体采用解脲支原体和人型支原体培养鉴定、半定量计数及药物敏感性试验法,衣原体采用胶体金法检测。结果 60例宫颈分泌物支原体培养阳性患者中盆腔支原体培养结果为无生长,阳性率为零,13例衣原体检测结果有2例阳性,阳性率为7.69%。结论支原体并非导致盆腔器官粘连的主要病原体,衣原体的感染与盆腔粘连病变有一定关系。
