食管癌围手术期主要并发症的预防

目的探讨食管癌围手术期主要并发症预防措施及效果。方法回顾性分析1990年～2010年间900例食管癌围手术期主要并发症及所采取的预防措施。结果本组900例食管癌围手术期的主要并发症的发生率为4.56%（41/900）,其中吻合口瘘0.56%、吻合口狭窄1.33%、出血0.56%、乳糜胸0.67%、感染1.11%、膈疝0.33%,且上述并发症均低于文献报告的平均水平。结论重视食管癌外科治疗围手术期处理,规范手术操作流程,分析并发症发生的可能原因并采取积极的预防措施,可减少食管癌围手术期并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。

Prevention in Major Perioperative Complications of Esophageal Cancer
