摘    要:目的:通过对CT轴位的心脏冠脉钙化图像进行处理,与双源螺旋CT心脏扫描三维重建后的诊断对比,探讨利用轴位图像判断冠脉钙化的实际程度。方法:使用数字图像增强算法中的分段非线性拉伸法,对多个不同患者和不同部位的冠脉钙化图像进行处理,得到结果后,与双源螺旋CT心脏扫描后的三维图像的诊断结果进行对比分析。结果:通过对不同患者和不同部位的CT轴位图像进行钙化图像处理,所得诊断结果与利用三维图像所得诊断结果相似。结论:基于非线性灰度拉伸的图像处理方法,对于通过轴位图像来分析冠状动脉钙化程度具有一定的应用价值。
