| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成年人固定矫治是否影响牙周组织的健康。方法随机选择42例成人患者,在固定矫治前、矫治6个月和矫治结束后1个月进行临床牙周指标—菌斑指数（plaque index,PLI）、出血指数（bleeding index,BI）、探诊深度（pocket depth,PD）和牙龈退缩（GR）的检查以及龈下细菌的检测。结果固定矫治6个月后PLI、BI显著增高（与治疗前比较,P〈0.05）;PD、GR增大（P〉0.05）,龈下菌群发生变化,球菌减少（P〈0.05）、螺旋体增多（P〈0.01）、梭形菌增多（P〈0.01）,矫治结束后PLI、BI较矫治前降低（P〈0.05）,PD、GR稍增大（P〉0.05）,龈下菌群基本恢复治疗前水平。结论正畸治疗对成人患者牙周组织的健康有一定的影响,但这种影响在治疗结束后基本可以消除,但需注意治疗过程中的牙周维护问题。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the periodontal condition of adult patients' before or after orthodontic treatment.
