| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153和CA199对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法用化学发光标记法对肝癌组51例、肝硬化组48例、慢性肝炎组57例及正常对照组36例的血清AFP、CEA、CA199、CA125、Ferr进行联合检测。结果原发性肝癌组、肝硬化组和慢性肝炎组AFP、CEA、CA199、CA125、Ferr含量均高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）;AFP＋CEA＋CA199＋CA125＋Ferr联合测定原发性肝癌阳性率为95.1%,明显高于单项或其他组合指标的诊断价值。结论联合检测肿瘤标志物可提高原发性肝癌的诊断率,对原发性肝癌的鉴别诊断有重要的临床意义。
