| 摘 要： | 目的通过飞行中心率变异性（HRV）的分析,比较两型运输机飞行人员的职业应激特点。方法以26名A型运输机（专机任务）飞行人员和24名B型运输机（普通任务）飞行人员为对象,采用飞行员飞行状态生理参数记录检测仪记录飞行中的心电图,分析有关HRV参数的变化。结果两组飞行人员上午时段飞行中的平均心率无显著差异（t=1.62,P〉0.05）。但A型运输机飞行人员飞行中的RMSSD、VLF、LF、HF和总功率谱等指标较B型运输机飞行员明显升高（t=9.77～14.66,P〈0.01）。结论 A型运输机飞行人员飞行中的紧张程度明显高于B型运输机飞行人员。 |
