临床护理纠纷的原因分析与管理对策

摘    要:随着人们物质生活和精神文化程度的不断提高,法律观念和维权意识不断增强,患者对医院护理服务质量提出了更高的要求。如何提高医院护理服务质量,减少护理纠纷已成为护理管理的重要任务。通过对常见护理纠纷的原因分析,提出预防及管理对策,能提高护理服务质量,有效减少护理纠纷和护理差错发生,确保护理安全。
