| 摘 要： | 报告１９９３年１１月～１９９４年１１月期间应用干扰能瘤内（Ａ组）及瘤外（Ｂ组）注射，治疗骨软组织恶性实体瘤及转移癌１４例。Ａ组共１２例均显效，Ｂ组２例无效。提出干扰能瘤内注射治疗恶性实体瘤效果强于其它用药方式，可用于术前、术中或配合化疗，值得推广。

| Abstract: | From November 1993 to November 1994,14 cases of malignant tumor of bone and soft tissue and metastatic tumor were treated by (A) intratumoral or (B)extratumoral injection of Intron A.Better responses were noted in group A and no response in group B.Pre-operative, intraoperative,or in the adjuvant setting intratumoral injection of Intron A is of value and worthy of recommendation. |
