| Abstract: | The characteristics of cyclodextrin or its derivatives/drug inclusion complexes were introduced,including the thermodynamic properties and the advantages over other methods to improve the solubility of water-insoluble drugs. The significance of the inclusion constant K was especially emphasized and the methods of determinating and predicting it were also discussed in detail. |
