蓝斑区注射P物质及其拮抗剂在电针内关穴改善心肌缺血中的作用

目的观察兔蓝斑区注射P物质及其拮抗剂在心肌缺血及电针内关穴过程中的效应。方法在冠脉左室支结扎的心肌缺血动物模型上蓝斑区注射P物质及其拮抗剂,电针内关穴,动态观察心电图ST段电位的变化和心肌的形态学改变。结果P物质注入蓝斑区有促进急性心肌缺血恢复的作用,且能加强电针内关穴对缺血心肌的改善作用,P物质拮抗剂注入蓝斑区后电针内关穴促进心肌缺血损伤恢复的作用被阻断。结论P物质在电针内关穴促进心肌缺血损伤恢复过程中起重要作用,可能是内关与心脏相关联系的重要递质。

Effect of substance P and its antagonism agent injected into locus coeruleus area in myocardial ischemia improved with electroacupuncture at Neiguan

Objective It is to observe the effect of substance P and its antagonism agent injected into rabbit locus coeruleus area in myocardial ischemia improved by electroacupuncture at Neiguan.Methods Substance P and its antagonism agent were injected into locus coeruleus area of animal myocardial ischemia model made through ligating left ventricular branch of coronary artery and electroacupuncture at Neiguan was executed.The changes of ST segment electric potential of ECG and morphology changes of cardiac muscle were dynamically observed.Results Injection of substance P into locus coeruleus area could promote the recovery of acute myocardial ischemia and strengthen the improvement action of electroacupuncture at Neiguan on myocardial ischemia.After substance P antagonism agent was injected into locus coeruleus area,electroacupuncture at Neiguan promoting action on the recovery of acute myocardial ischemia injury was obstructed.Conclusion Substance P has an important action in the recovery course of myocardial ischemia promoted by electroacupuncture at Neiguan,and it may be an important transmitter for the correlation between Neiguan and heart.
